Objectif: Amélioration de la santé publique par l’accès à l’eau potable.

Objet: La réalisation d’un forage d’eau potable pour une population rurale de 1200 habitants dont 400 enfants scolarisés.

Forage Gbenokpo Juillet 2018

Etat du projet : TERMINE

Suite à la demande des habitants de Gbenokpo et de l’association béninoise AJEDD, nous avons entrepris l’étude d’un forage au niveau de l’école du village.

Une étude de faisabilité technique est réalisée, afin de s’assurer de la présence d’eau sur le terrain et des différentes strates à traverser durant le forage.

En fin d’installation un Comité de l’eau villageoise sera à même de s’occuper de la gestion et de la maintenance du projet.

L’ eau sera vendue à un prix bas à la population et restera gratuite pour l’école publique.

Un jardin potager pédagogique sera mis en place par notre partenaire béninois AJEDD.

Juillet 2018 Le forage est terminé, l’eau remonte depuis 58 mètres, les analyses sont en cours.

Août et Septembre 2018

Les analyses de l’eau remontée sont excellentes, les dessertes en construction, une pour la cour de l’école, une pour le jardin potager de l’école et une pour la distribution villageoise.

Octobre 2018

L’équipe de GHA est sur le terrain, un magnifique accueil nous est réservé à l’école du village de Gbénonkpo.

Les enfants et les femmes du village nous accueillent en chantant puis vient le temps des discours de remerciements.

Chacun s’engage à maintenir le forage en état de marche.

C’est un beau projet terminé qui sera suivi par notre partenaire local l’association AJEDD qui supervise l’organisation la première année en vue d’une autonomisation parfaite du projet.

Status: ENDED

Following the request of the inhabitants of Gbenokpo and the Benin AJEDD association, we undertook the study of a borehole at the village school. A technical feasibility study is carried out to ensure the presence of water in the field and the different strata to be crossed during drilling. At the end of the installation, a Village Water Committee will be in charge of managing and maintaining the project. The water will be sold at a low price to the population and will remain free for the public school. An educational vegetable garden will be set up by our Benedict partner AJEDD.

July 2018

The drilling is finished, the water goes up for 58 meters, the analyzes are in progress.

August and September 2018

The analyzes of the raised water are excellent, the services under construction, one for the school yard, one for the kitchen garden of the school and one for the village distribution.

October 2018

The GHA team is on the ground, a wonderful welcome is reserved for us at Gbénonkpo village school. The children and women of the village welcome us singing and then comes the time of the speeches of thanks. Everyone agrees to keep the drilling in working order. It is a beautiful finished project that will be followed by our local partner AJEDD association who oversees the organization the first year in order to a perfect empowerment of the project.
